Collaborate with Key Account Manager to execute net revenue results for account scope

Focus on achieving internal KPI' for optimal results. Responsible for sell in and business management of sell thru for key account responsibility. Ensure proper execution throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, visual brand standards and training to achieve revenue targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

  • Responsible for attaining sales goals and effective account management

  • Management of major department store accounts, and military with a strategic focus on quality of sale

  • Take a proactive approach to making recommendations to further drive the business in-season, identify and react to new opportunities by reviewing and analyzing sales data and feedback

  • Own and manage open-to-buy (otb), forecasting and assortment recommendation plan by month.

  • Complete selling recaps weekly and analyze selling for account responsibility

  • Market Responsibility -- Attend appointments ,takes lead in selling line to account buyer

  • Keep abreast of competitive market place

  • Fiscal revenue responsibility to include: monthly and weekly order confirmation both fashion and replenishment, reorders, bulk order integrity, shipping

  • Effectively communicate business goals to internal and external partners and cross-functional teams, as needed


  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or related field preferred

  • 3-5 years sales experience. In Wholesale Environment working with major Department stores , Handbag Category Preferred

  • Previous Experience as an Account Executive with proven results attaining sales goals and account management

  • Advanced Excel Skill

  • Keen understanding of retail financial metrics

  • Exemplary level of customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of initiative and integrity

  • Ability to prioritize and multi task
