Job Profile: Key Account Coordinator
The Key Account Coordinator/CRM acts as the liaison between key customers, such as Dillards, Nordstrom and Amazon and brick & mortar accounts. This position is responsible for developing customer relationships and managing all incoming orders for accounts. The Key Account Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and resolving issues with order discrepancies involving shipping, EDI information, and pricing, working with the sales team to resolve issues that might impact the customer. This position also interacts with Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, IT and with other areas of the company as they impact the key customer. Special projects as required.
Examples of Typical Activities:
Access, understand and updates to customer's database/ portals as required
Process orders - manual, web-based, and EDI
Provide accurate information to Sales to assist in timely decisions
Understand the customer's routing requirements
Manage specific deadlines and ship windows to meet SLA's
Be involved on any updates to customer's profile
Collaborate with Finance and IT to ensure orders flow through system seamlessly.
Addressing customer inquiries via email and phone.
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required. A minimum of 2-3 years of Customer Service experience preferably handling a retail account, ex. Dillards, Nordstrom, Amazon.
Required Technical Competencies
Proficient with MS Office Suite
SAP experience
Efficient, friendly, clear, and structured communication with colleagues and customers.
Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
