Overview

Driver is responsible for transporting kettle equipment and ringers during the kettle campaign. Should be friendly and able to work in a positive manner and handle high-stress situations.

Should be able to work in various weather conditions and able to make quick decisions. This is a seasonal position with a workweek expectation of up to 40 hours per week without benefits.

Responsibilities

Driver Responsibilities include: Drive ringers to appropriate sites, record drop-off time, check kettle and tag number, and secure kettle with padlock.

Ensure ringers have appropriate equipment, including kettles, bells, and aprons. Change kettles and signs as needed- deliver kettles to designated safe room/location. Check kettles and signs as needed or as scheduled.

Pick-up all kettles, signs and ringers at the end of the day and deliver them to the designated location as scheduled- ensuring each kettle is properly identified and accounted for. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Possess a valid drivers' license, have a good driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience (including in inclement weather) and meet the MVR Drivers qualifications. Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and Saturdays), be reliable and trustworthy in the handling of cash and other assets, and willing to support the mission of The Salvation Army.

Responsibilities: * Partner as needed to develop and implement various acquisition, conversion and engagement marketing and operational strategies * Ability to build solutions presented to various teams; hands-on and technology focused * Work cross-functionally and/or with partners to identify, execute and optimize marketing automation and digital marketing initiatives from concept to measurement * Manage website, marketing automation and as needed, other digital initiative strategy, promotion and executions * Analyzing behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution to interpret trends for strategic conversations that drive business goals * Drive department goals through discovery, implementation and utilization of new and improved marketing technology tools Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree: preferably with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or Communications - post-graduate degree preferred * 10+ years of relevant marketing, CRM, social, digital, or marketing automation roles * Salesforce Marketing Cloud, website management, HTML, CSS and Craft experience preferred. Knowledge of API protocols and marketing automation use of Ampscript, SQL queries a plus. * Experience with digital tracking to prove effectiveness of Marketing campaigns. Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytics practices - Tableau experience a plus. * Knowledge of standard methodologies for core digital channels including website, email, mobile, social media, SEO, SEM, display, and native advertising. * Experience with A/B test strategies, multivariate test strategies, and test planning. * 2+ years' experience in the healthcare industry preferred * 2+ years' experience working in B2B environment * Proven ability to take from ideations to implementation * Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition * Strong project management and relationship management skills with incredible attention to detail and an eye for quality * Ability to work across various levels of the organization while building trust, fostering collaboration and driving timelines with all partners (Marketing, Product, Data, Creative, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Content teams), ensuring that their needs are met and goals are achieved * Core skills/attributes include: driven, tech-savvy, learner, problem-solving, eye for business, critical thinking, results-focused, good communication, relationships oriented, open-minded, comfortable with shifting gears, collaborative in working with other business functions and proven ability to navigate large matrixed organizations * Excited to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing business, and cope well with pressure and changes.
