We are currently seeking one talented Intern Retail who will report to the Retail Lead as part of our dynamic Kering WW SAP Center of Excellence Retail team, serving the Kering Retail Transformation program.

Job Description

Your opportunity

You will assist the Retail Lead and Sub-leads in delivering solutions during the rollouts and provide solution maintenance for various entities.

How you will contribute

  • Depending on required rollout project activities, participate and support as rollout project team member focusing on

  • Core Model deployment

  • Contribute to the Core documentation alignment

  • Contribute to training documentation

  • Collaborate to 'non-regression' tests plan and scope definition

  • Perform 'non-regression tests' anytime the Core Template already deployed in some brands/countries, requires some enrichment and/or adjustments)

  • Support Data Migration activities (checks on extracted data and conversion rules, support key users on data validation)

  • Assist and support team on other recurrent activities (e.g.: maintenance support and incident monitoring, change requests process management, training preparation for end users, coordination with test factory, adoption of PMO guidelines and instructions, etc)

Internship duration: 6 months

Who you are

  • Cursus in an Engineer or Business school

  • Goods skills in data structuring and analysis

  • Excellent skills in Excel

  • Fluent in English is a must.

  • Italian, French, Spanish or German is a plus

  • Strong listening, critical thinking and teamwork skills

  • A cooperative individual, rigorous, autonomous, organized, committed and transparent

  • An effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills

Votre opportunité Dans le cadre de son programme de transformation globale, la direction des centres de services partagés recherche son nouveau Finance Project Manager pour l'Europe. Comment vous allez contribuer Le Finance Project Manager aura 3 missions principales : * Suivre le projet transformation des services partagés finance, s'assurant de la cohérence globale des process et des solutions * Optimiser les process financiers implémentés sur le projet de transformation finance * Animer la communauté des experts des services partagés finance, en s'assurant de leur montée en compétence sur les nouveaux outils et process. En détail, le Finance Project Manager : * Est responsable du bon déroulement de l'implémentation de SAP et participe à la transformation de l'organisation des services partagés finance. * Participe à l'intégration interne et/ou externe de nouvelles organisations au sein des services partagés finance * Gère et optimise le Core model Da Vinci d'un point de vue process et organisation. Your opportunity In the context of its global transformation program, the Shared Services Center management is seeking his/her new Finance Project Manager How you will contribute The Finance Project Manager will have 3 main missions: * Follow the Finance SSC transformation program and ensure the consistency of the processes and solutions worldwide * Streamline Finance SSC processes through the successful implementation of SAP * Animate the Shared Services community and ensure elevation of talents, skill sand capabilities. In more details, the Finance Project Manager will have to: * Ensure the successful roll-out of Da Vinci to the Global Finance SSC and support the transformation of Finance SSC into a best-in-class organization. * Support the potential internal and / or external extension of the SSC's scope * Master and enhance the Da Vinci model, organization and processes.
