The E-Commerce Team of Kering Group is currently seeking French/English speaker Frontend & UX Jr Project Manager based in Paris, France.

Job Description

Your opportunity

You are responsible for the operational follow-up of delivery and daily communication with operational stakeholders and partners on all projects on Frontend interfaces (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Directly reporting to the Frontend & UX Product Lead.

How you will contribute

  • Participating to all key Agile ceremonials to plan and follow-up Frontend releases;

  • Assisting Frontend & UX Product Manager on major projects;

  • Working closely with Order Management experts, business analysts to enrich user stories, keeping a constant communication with business owners within our brands;

  • Involved in testing phases to coordinate business stakeholders and actively participating to test phases;

  • Operationally coordinating project stakeholders & third parties (SEO & accessibility agencies, implementation partners);

  • Key support of the Frontend & UX Product Lead to ensure the delivery of the Product Roadmap and collect business stakeholders' feedback and priorities.

Who you are

  • A Business or Engineer graduate Master in Digital is a plus;

  • A Digital, E-Commerce, Omnichannel expert with at least 2-5 years of experience;

  • Knowledge of best in class e-commerce solutions (Hybris, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus;

  • Experience of Agile methodology (Scrum, Agile PM) on E-Commerce/Omnichannel projects is required;

  • First experience with solution engineers and understanding of the end-to-end development Lifecycle;

  • You've experienced Retail & Omnichannel environments in an international context, ideally in the luxury industry;

  • An excellent communicator at every level in the organization with excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Following the implementation of Salesforce at Group Level, it has been decided to create a Group CRM Factory to accelerate our CRM excellence transformation. This will be the unique opportunity to federate initiatives and to launch a transversal CRM strategy within the organization to best serve our clients and develop their engagement. How you will contribute Inside the CRM Factory, the CRM Operations team is in charge of delivering all the customer campaigns which covers: * Realize of a brief for each campaign on each channel (email, text message, print, media, social, website personalization) * Execute the campaigns operations with the internal or external partners & agencies * Report on operations executions and ensure delivery excellence in terms of cost and time to market The CRM Operations Manager will report to the Head of CRM Factory with a team to be designed to set the most appropriate CRM agencies for the Brands. His/her principal missions would be: Realize the brief of each communication * Be the single point of contact of brands for campaigns operations * Determine the communication levers and scope * Determine the right targeting to support campaign objective * Determine the control group Coordinate all teams involved within campaign operations * Identify all stakeholders to be involved in a campaign and their roles in the process * Realize the day to day planning to respect the time to market * Realize the end-to-end tests before launch Continuous operations improvement & excellence * Monitor each step of the activities * Identify areas of improvement in terms of workload, time to market, governance * Report on all activities to brands & CRM Factory management Who you are * 5-10 years of experience * Italian spoken is a plus * Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment * Background in Digital Agency or digital / CRM consulting company * Passionate about customer engagement & communication * Knowledge about SFMC * Strong knowledge about targeting tools and SQL language * Problem solving abilities * Analytical skills to identify areas of improvement * Business results oriented * Strong coordination skills and ability to manage operations * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Being able to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment * Being able to advice senior management in clear language about the implications of their work for the organisation; * Background in Digital Agency or digital / CRM consulting company * Global Knowledge about CRM / Martech / Digital technologies Why work with us?
