Job Description

Your opportunity

The Sales Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. This role involves preparing detailed reports, identifying sales trends, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.

How you will contribute

As a Sales Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of Kering Eyewear's growth initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging your creativity and strategic mindset to drive revenue and gain market share. Your responsibilities will include (yet not limited to):

  • Gather and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales databases, and market research.

  • Identify patterns and trends in sales performance and market behavior.

  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for senior management and sales teams.

  • Develop sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and economic conditions.

  • Assist in the creation of sales plans and targets for different teams and regions.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on areas of improvement.

  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.

  • Identify new market opportunities and provide recommendations for market entry strategies.

  • Support sales teams with data-driven insights and tools to improve their performance.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.

  • Train sales team members on effective CRM usage and data entry practices.

  • Analyze competitor sales strategies and performance.

  • Provide insights on competitive positioning and potential threats.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of using data to drive sales performance and business growth.

  • Eyewear industry experience is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Advanced degree or certifications in data analysis or sales management is a plus.

  • Passion for fashion and luxury is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SAP BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in English; Spanish or Italian are a plus.
