Job Description
We are currently seeking an Events Coordinator as part of our North America Team based out of our New York city office, next to Times Square.
How you will contribute
Support the direct manager in planning and executing all corporate and sales events
Vendor management and negotiation (space contractors, catering, floral, etc)
Scheduling for all sales campaigns (VEW, VEE, Market, etc)
Conduct scouting, site visits and researches to help make decisions about events.
Coordinate all the departments involved in the organization of the event.
Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters (i.e. arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs)
Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security.
Review and produce a follow-up reports on occurred events, including financial details, to be shared with the direct manager and other stakeholders
Monitor and track expenses, providing the direct manager with a dashboard on actual spending vs budget
Monitor and track payment processes, leasing with vendors and our internal A&R team
Representative of the Kering brand at all times demonstrating professionalism
Who you are
At least 3 yrs of experience in organizing large-scale events
Experience in luxury industry
Strong working knowledge of Excel and PPT
Highly organized, and Multitasking, with deep attention to details and accuracy
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Customer oriented
Willingness to travel across US and Canada
Able to work autonomously; self-starter with the ability to organize and manage own workload
Resourceful, focused on problem-solving and achieving results
Passionate and enthusiastic with a spirit of curiosity and innovation
Team player, with an ability and willingness to support in other areas of the business as needed

Pay Range: between 70k and 90k USD, excluding bonus opportunity
