Kennel Manager

Job Description

Animal Care Center of Polaris is looking for a kennel manager to join our team!

Job Responsibilties and Duties:

• Provide quality client service. Inlcuding interacting with clients and answering client inquiries.

• Perform check-in meetings with kennel employees.

• Schedule kennel staff monthly.

• Order supplies for kennel, daycare and grooming dogs.

• Double check charts for missed vaccines and add-on items.

• Insure proper packages and any additonal services are being provided.

• Implement veterinary hospital policies.

• Create protocols as needed.

• Monitor treatment sheets as needed for clients.

• Conducts kennel meetings to update staff members on best practices and continuing expectations.
