We are looking for a new part-time Kennel Assistant to support our Spanaway Hospital!

If you are dedicated to providing exceptional service to patients and colleagues and are looking for the next step in your Veterinary Hospital career we want to meet you.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
Provide veterinary husbandry (e.g. bedding, cage turnover, food/water, litter, laundry, dishes)
Support our patient care team in a dynamic environment
Assist with cleaning of hospital and grounds as assigned
Assist with replenishing supplies in all areas of hospital as assigned
Basic required qualifications:
Calm, professional demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable time management and problem-solving skills; working efficiently and effectively throughout the hospital
Multi-task various duties and responsibilities in a timely and reliable manner, with appropriate follow-through and accuracy
Understand and follow established hospital processes and procedures
Able to work well independently as well as with a team
Work schedule:
Part Time
Weekend Availability Required
Some Holidays Required
Compensation - $15.75 - $16.00/hr
