Role: Clinical Psychologist: $85,205 - $112,798
As a Clinical Psychologist in the Allen County Superior Court Family Relations Division, you'll support the Director of Diagnostics in administering psychological assessments, conducting clinical supervision, and providing mental health diagnostics for juveniles. If you have a Doctorate Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, expertise in diagnostic tests, and a commitment to ethical standards, join us in making a positive impact on the well-being of juveniles within the legal system.
Key Responsibility:
Administer psychological assessments to juveniles in the Allen County Superior Court Family Relations Division, providing treatment and placement recommendations as ordered by the Court or directed by the Director of the Diagnostic Unit.
Offer clinical supervision and formal education to the Diagnostics Unit staff and intern students, ensuring adherence to psychological therapeutic theories, counseling models, and crisis intervention policies and procedures.
Participate in after-hours crisis intervention, rotating with other clinicians to address mental health emergencies.
Collaborate with court orders, obtaining pertinent records, reviewing information with caregivers, and coordinating suggested testing activities during detention hearings.
Requirements:
Hold a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field, with over one year of relevant experience
Preferred or the ability to obtain State of Indiana Psychologist licensure
Preferred Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) credentials
Demonstrate proficiency in applying standard psychological theories and counseling techniques
Expertise in recommended diagnostic tests, including ADOS-2 and Rorschach Inkblot Method
Exhibit supervisory skills essential for effectively managing staff and interns
