You are all about research! Your passion and curiosity enables the teams you work with to collect important feedback from our audiences. The insights that you help to generate will assist the development of established products like VG and Aftenposten, but also new products in Scandinavian media like Peil.
What you will do:
Work closely with multiple product teams (consisting of designers, product managers and developers) to identify and prioritise user research opportunities. Assist them to choose the best method or combination of methods based on their research questions, timeline and available resources.
Conduct timely but thorough data analyses that will produce insightful and actionable results. Impact product design and the development roadmap through your findings. Initially you will work in tandem with other researchers from our team.

You will join a team of seven researchers based in Oslo and Stockholm. Our backgrounds span from service design to political science, our nationalities are Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch and Spanish. We cherish and celebrate this diversity in our team.
It is our mission to empower all the product teams in Schibsted Media to do their own tactical research and truly embed this in their product development processes. This includes working with publishers like Bergens Tidende, Aftenposten, VG and Svenska Dagbladet.
But also digital products like Vektklubb, Godt.no and Peil. Every researcher dedicates themselves to several digital product teams, but we also work together on larger scale strategic initiatives. We actively identify insight needs that have potential to have impact on multiple products in Schibsted. In these strategic projects we work closely with product teams and multiple researchers from our own team.
