We are seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to join our team and assist in engineering functions, including MBSE model development, requirements development, and other interdisciplinary engineering tasks. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in systems engineering.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development of MBSE models and engineering functions for large, complex, sociotechnical systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
Learn to utilize modeling tools such as SysML/UML to contribute to building system models and capturing system requirements.
Support simulation and analysis activities by assisting in interfacing with simulation and analysis tools to perform use case simulations and analysis on system models.
Learn to manage requirements using requirements management tools, ensuring traceability and compliance with project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze system architectures, and validate system designs.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in systems engineering, and actively contribute to the adoption of new tools and practices within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in systems engineering; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and interest in systems engineering concepts.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Target salary range: $70,000 - $123,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
