Junior Staff Accountant

Job Description Job Description Junior Staff Accountant – Our client is looking to a Junior Staff Accountant to join their very tenured (average15-20years) team in Novato. This role focuses primarily on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). This position is available due to an upcoming retirement.

Key Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions efficiently. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Assist with general accounting tasks and financial reporting as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Energetic, proactive, and a can-do attitude. Compensation & Work Environment: Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 to start (based on experience). Full-time, in-office position (Monday – Friday) in Novato.
