The Junior Sous Chef holds a management position within the kitchen department, reporting to the Sous Chefs and is responsible for co-supervising the day-to-day running of the Culinary team. The team work straight shifts.

A hands-on role involved in all areas of preparation and service , with excellent potential to mentor a passionate, developing team, who are excited by the new opening of the kitchen.

The ideal Junior Sous Chef candidate:

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire are seeking an individual whose hands-on leaderships style will motivate and drive a team keen for knowledge and growth.

Previous experience with both banqueting and restaurant service preferred.

Excellent knowledge of H&S and allergens are key.

Seeking individuals who enjoy sharing their knowledge, and are also keen to develop their own skills, and grow towards Sous chef role.

All Junior Sous Chef applicants must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
