But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This position is a temporary part-time role (10 to 20 hr/week), 100% remote and is ideal for individuals passionate about identifying and attracting top talent. The Junior Sourcing Specialist will assist in sourcing candidates for various roles, building a strong talent pipeline, and supporting the overall recruitment strategy.

What Youll Do:

• Screen resumes and applications from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms.

• Maintain and update the (ATS) with candidate information and sourcing activities.

• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and suitability for open positions.

• Coordinate and schedule initial interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

The Right Fit:

• 1 to 2 years experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, including experience sourcing from LinkedIn Recruiter

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Google Suite

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this contractor position is $25 to $30 per hour.
