About this role:

A recruiting and talent development program which hires recent college graduates into an up-or-out, three year junior research analyst (JRA) role. At the end of three years, successful JRAs are promoted to Senior Research Analyst

What you'll do:

  • Year 1: Ability to construct sub-hypotheses around a given research topic and test it by gathering data from multiple secondary sources.

  • Year 2: Proactively proposes and tests own hypotheses within a given research topic. Able to summarize findings in prose that can be inserted into member-facing deliverables with little or no editing.

  • Year 3: Able to construct a narrative that weaves together tested hypotheses and member interview content that forms the bulk or entirety of a member-facing deliverable. Has the confidence of senior research leadership of his/her ability to present research content to members in briefings and meetings

What you'll need:

  • BS/BA from a top-tier university. We Recruit from Harvard, Princeton, Northwestern, University of Pennsylvania, Yale, Columbia, Williams, Stanford, Brown, Washington University, University of Chicago - JRAs are hired right out of university

  • Familiarity with Office productivity suite.
