Junior Project Manager - Construction

Become an integral part of our dynamic team as a Junior Project Manager You will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects. This position is designed for ambitious individuals with commercial construction industry experience who want to develop their project management skills.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work alongside experienced project managers and various commercial construction project stakeholders, gaining insights and contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects. Responsibilities: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely completion of construction projects.

Coordinate project activities and communicate with team members, clients, and vendors to maintain project alignment. Support the Project Managers in managing the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights to drive project progress.

Assist with risk management and problem-solving activities to address project challenges. Contribute to the preparation and management of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Facilitate project close-out processes, including the compilation of necessary documents and reports.

Skills Required: Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project Management software. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. 1-5 years of experience in a project management, project coordinator, or administrative role within the construction industry.
