Job Description:

The Jr Photo/Video Specialist understands and adheres to photography/videography guidelines and standards. Uses photographic and video equipment to capture a subject, place, or event.

Assists in sifting through content to identify valuable photos or videos. Has thorough knowledge and experience with composition, lighting, and balance. In addition, the Jr Photo/Video Specialist may stage subjects or areas for capture and may work directly with clients.

Requirements

Required Skills and Education:

• High School/GED plus 2-4 years of relevant years of experience

• Adobe Creative Suite-After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, Illustrator, InDesign

• Microsoft Suite experience

• U. S Citizenship

• Department of Defense experience and security clearance a plus.

• Canon EOS still and Cinema experience a plus

• Bachelor's degree is a plus

• Defense Information School (DINFOS) graduates preferred!*

We maintain a business casual environment and we expect staff to work in clothing that is suitable to your position and working environment. Jeans, athletic shoes, flip-flop sandals, and shirts without collars are not considered business casual.

Security Clearance:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation including but not limited to, criminal history, employment, and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
