Junior Operations Specialist (Client Finance)

Awardco's Operations team is growing! Come join us where you'll be the strategic partner for internal departments and clients, handling audits, setting up financial accounts, and managing funding. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure success in this role.

What you will do:

• Act as a strategic adviser to internal departments and clients regarding client finances

• Conduct audits on client's accounts

• Prepare and set up client's financial accounts with Awardco

• Actively manage client accounts to ensure they are properly funded

• Assist on ad-hoc financial projects

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly management tasks

What you will bring:

• BS in accounting, finance, or a business relevant field

• 0-2 years of experience (internships count)

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills

• A passion and persistence for success
