The Junior Marketing Technology Analyst is responsible for the coordination, execution and day to day management of projects within the marketing department in accordance with project deadlines. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors, consultants and internal IT staff in order to deliver projects according to plan. You will work with management and marketing channels to define a project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Manage all phases of marketing projects from initial design through deployment completion
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Assist with creation, implementation, testing, and ongoing monitoring of new custom tags/pixels
Communicate business changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally or through written documentation to senior management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are fully understood
Interact with IT staff or third party vendor to coordinate time estimates, prioritization, business requirements and implementation schedules
Manage technical vendors including platform coordination and integration
Capture and document business requirements for system enhancements from global marketing team
Provide ongoing system support for content management, web analytics, email marketing, project tracking and other tools; conduct trainings and provide ad hoc support to global marketers
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
2+ years of professional experience in marketing technology or IT
Hands on experience with web analytics, digital content management and marketing automation tools required
Familiarity of web debugging tools like Chrome Dev Tools or Firebug
Requires excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
