Our client has an immediate opening for a Junior HR Generalist in their Corporate Office. In this position, you would be a key part of the Human Resource team.

Responsibilities for the Junior HR Generalist:

  • Work with our headquarters to anticipate the needs of the organization and execute HR programs such as:*
    • Coverage plans and staffing
    • Attracting and retaining exceptional people
    • Onboarding for new engineers
    • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to engineering management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

Qualifications for the Junior HR Generalist:

  • Bachelor's Degree required with 3.2 GPA or higher
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience working in HR
  • HR certification preferred
  • Effective at collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working effectively in a matrix organization
  • Excellent judgement in complex situations with multiple stakeholders
