Junior High Social Studies Teacher

Greensburg Jr. High School has an opending for Social Studies Teacher beginning with the 2024-2025 school year.

Job Qualifications:

Hold a valid Indiana Teaching License that would allow you to teach Social Studies in grades 6-8

Ability to develop rapport and demonstrate professionalism with junior high school students, parents, staff, and the community

Flexibility and expertise to adjust for various situations or student learning needs

Positive Role Model

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with students, faculty and administration

Organizational skills required

Job Requirements:

Must have an Indiana Teacher's License.

An expanded Criminal History Background Check will be required.

Job Description:

Plan, instruct and assess student learning for junior high students.

Collaborate with Social Studies department and grade level team members with a common mission to help students find success.

Qualifications:
