The Junior Graphic Services Specialist will provide graphic services, to include, but not limited to, the creation of original graphics using conventional or computer generated products, and delivery of the completed project at both on and offsite locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Consult with clients/customers to clarify graphic products/services.
Provide documentation of materials and hours worked for each project in VIOS System daily.
Create graphic products in accordancewith accepted industry standards, other applicable directives, guidelines, regulations, and copyright laws.
Handle minor administrative duties such as answering phones and assisting customers with request forms.
Ellectronically backup all final files of all images created that allow additions, changes, corrections, modifications, layers, and rapid updates.
Upload completed files to the EMC data base.
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design.
2 years of relevant work experience using the following:
Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Office Suite applications
Storage software and various product output to include small and large format printers including:
Manual and electric cutter methods
Electronic presentation products
Creation of CD/DVD products
Current/Valid US driver's license and valid state vehicle registration.
Secret Clearance required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Self Starter with ability to work in a team dynamic.
Ability to travel
Expertise in Adobe Design Suite, applications with special skills required in Adobe Illustartor.
Ability to meet the customers' graphic needs.
Must be well oprganized, an effective communicator at multiple levels
Ability to grasp system concepts, and communicate their applications.
Capable of quickly learning new systems and associated software applicationsfor proficient execution of tasks.
Capable of managing multiple projects with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment.
Must have strong customer service skills to include verbal communication, as well as, computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite applications.

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
