THE POSITION:

STACK Infrastructure, the digital infrastructure partner to the world's most innovative companies, is growing our global footprint and is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer to support the growth and revenue-generating initiatives of the STACK brand. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Junior Graphic Designer at STACK will assist the Marketing Department in various creative endeavors, including social media, public relations, product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, sales enablement, and other marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of creative foresight and responsive support, capable of executing enterprise-level B2B marketing strategies in dynamic, high-growth environments. They should demonstrate a portfolio showcasing past creative deliverables within the Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal STACK Junior Graphic Designer will have a willingness to learn while actively participating in execution. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, the Junior Graphics Designer will ensure that all creative materials, collateral, messaging, presentations, and other marketing assets are consistently delivered with the utmost quality, further solidifying STACK's position as one of the premier brands in the data center industry.

Map/Site Plan Graphics:

  • Create branded map graphics using Adobe Illustrator for marketing materials, presentations, and brochures that match our brand standards.

  • Create branded site plans and building diagrams using Adobe Illustrator for marketing materials, presentations, and brochures that match our brand standards.

  • Manage our site plan graphics for each location, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Contribute to the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent, engaging, and relevant creative content.

  • Create social media graphics that adheres to our brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.

  • Manage our Adobe Photoshop on-brand template library for social media while creating new designs options.

Presentations:

  • Support design efforts for presentation requests from various departments with quick turnarounds.

  • Create smart and clean designs, transitions, and elements that match our brand standards.

Brochures and Data Sheets:

  • Maintain, update, and create new and existing collateral designs.

  • Manage our Adobe InDesign template library for brochures, data sheets, and internal communications to ensure the latest versions are up to date.

  • Create internal communication templates that establish brand consistency and ease of use for future requests.

Event/Internal Marketing:

  • Support design efforts for internal marketing and design requests from various departments.

  • Ensure internal requests maintain our brand standards across several forms of materials.

  • Create and support design efforts for events, signage, presentation, and swag.

THE DETAILS:

  • Location: Denver, CO

  • Travel: 10%

  • Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 + bonus

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

  • Must pass comprehensive background screening

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or equivalent work experience

  • 0-2 years' experience in marketing related field

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Word

  • Competency details:

Adobe Creative Suite:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Understanding layers, selection tools, and basic image adjustments for editing and enhancing photographs and graphics.
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Understanding vector drawing tools, anchor points and paths, utilizing shape creation and manipulation, and applying strokes for precise outlining and detailing in scalable graphics and illustrations.
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Understanding layout design, text and image integration, utilizing typography tools, placing graphics, setting up parent pages, and implementing page formatting for creating professional print and digital publications.

Creativity and Adaptability:

  • Demonstrates creativity by proposing innovative design solutions and thinking outside the box to address client needs.

  • Shows adaptability by easily adjusting to changing project requirements, feedback, and design trends while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Able to embrace new design techniques, software updates, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Marketing Expertise:

  • Ability to get things done and effectively prioritize many competing demands.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage expectations, gain approval, and successfully complete marketing projects.

  • Strong project management abilities are essential, including handling design requests to create high-quality content within tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Communication Skills:

  • Active listening to understand internal clients' visions and preferences for design projects.

  • Clarity in explaining design decisions and rationale to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

  • Collaboration skills to work closely with colleagues from different departments, such as marketing or product development, to ensure cohesive visual branding and messaging.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to exercise good judgment and demonstrate maturity.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing is desirable.

  • Knowledge of the data center industry or commercial real estate development.

  • Track record of leading successful social media, and design execution to deliver on business goals.
