Junior Graphic Designer

Junior Graphic Designer We are working with our Kansas City agency client to discover a talented Junior Designer to join their team and bring fresh, creative energy to their design projects. In this role, you will collaborate with senior graphic designers, tackle various design tasks, and immerse yourself in a vibrant, collaborative environment.

This role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Understand project requirements and ideas Use graphic techniques to create drafts Produce design elements including logos, banners, and interfaces Understanding design trends and emerging technologies Ensure brand consistency throughout applicable digital properties Find creative solutions through design Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects Pitch creative concepts Use feedback from other designers to improve and grow Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field Online portfolio / website showcasing graphic design work Min 1-2 years of working experience as a graphic designer Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite In‐depth knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography A strong eye for visual composition Ability to work well within a team A talent for creativity and problem-solving Strong written and verbal communication skills Adeptness with leading design software packages Agency experience preferred not required
