You will provide technical mentoring to the Scrum teams, collaborate, and participate in technical design efforts, and will be instrumental in ensuring accurate, innovative, and low-defect solutions. Responsibilities: * Develop API Automation Tests by studying information needs; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle. * Designs and develops software test automation suites, which meet the requirements of the business in an effective, sustainable, and reliable manner. * Participate in complex projects and work across team boundaries to remove technical impediments, influence and forge consensus among peers and organize solutions that require cross team coordination. * Adheres to established IT best practices, standards and agreed upon design patterns for application development, application design, user interfaces, integration, naming, and testing. * Collaborate with Scrum teams in discussions about analyzing project specifications, design requirements and estimating the project timeline for implementation of requested tests. * Work with and mentor development teams on API Automation. * Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures. * Demonstrate a good understanding of SDLC (software development lifecycle). * Utilize debugging and troubleshooting skills on a regular basis to investigate internally reported issues Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical discipline; or equivalent demonstrable experience Qualifications/Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in software development Technical skills required Preferred * Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking skills * Experience in full stack Dot Net and web application development using: * C#, ASP.NET MVC * JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, Kendo UI and Angular * HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap * Experience with Web API and RESTful Services * Experience with Azure DevOps (or TFS) and Git source management Secondary * Experience with Azure Cloud Computing. * Experience or Familiarity with Security Testing web applications * Development Adhering WCAG * Exposure to iterative development cycles and collaboration * Agile & SCRUM * Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning SQL Additional Requirement: * To support the health and safety of our teams and work spaces, we require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to have received an approved accommodation based on medical condition or sincerely held religious belief or practice.
