PSI Pax has an exciting opportunity for a Jr. Financial Services Analyst to join our team in support of our client in Indian Head, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

Support accounting and systems accounting requirements for NAVSEA'S Navy ERP end users. Performs tasks related to financial sustainment of Navy ERP including:

• Supports financial posting of Navy ERP transactions resulting from interfacing system including the Defense Travel System (DTS) and the DFAS Daily Expenditure File (DDEF) which creates Unmatched Disbursements (UMD) records.

• Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to resolve end user or data issues.

• Supports master data management.

• Assists in generating reporting and analyzing data.

• Support invoice and payment processing for NAVSEA vendors.

• Provide accounting transaction reconciliation support.

Required Qualifications:

• Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• Two (2) years of general business experience. Accounting or financial management experience is desired.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel functions.

• Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.

Education Requirements:

• Associate degree in business discipline.

Education Substitution:

• High School Diploma may be substituted for Degree with an additional two (2) years of relevant experience.
