Junior Estimator

Join our client's dynamic team as a meticulous and motivated estimator! As part of our expanding crew, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating projects, estimating costs, and liaising with their clients to ensure seamless communication of financial expectations and project timelines. We're on the lookout for someone with a sharp eye for detail who can assess projects comprehensively to accurately set client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct client appointments promptly.
• Evaluate project needs, including time, labor, and materials costs.
• Analyze blueprints and relevant documents to formulate accurate estimates.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure precision in estimates.
• Make final determinations on estimates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Present estimates to clients professionally and in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Support the sales team in finalizing project transactions.
• Maintain meticulous records of all project-related documentation, including estimates, sales records, and project completion documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in estimating.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in creating polished presentations and reports on costing data.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Deep understanding of project processes and workflows.
