Our continued growth has created an immediate need for a Junior Engineer located in Albion (Orleans County, NY). The client for this project is for the NYS Office of General Services (OGS). Responsibilities Assist with project control activities including project document management, RFI and IB tracking, contract document review Assist in changes to scope, prepare estimates and negotiate new project scope Perform walkthroughs with contractor as needed Assist with monitoring contract implementation, quality of work and materials Inspect task execution in accordance with the plans and specifications Maintain weekly and monthly project work plans for scope, budget, schedule, and safety objectives Attend meetings and prepare minutes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related program (2) years of experience on smaller projects valued above $1 million Knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast and cost scheduling, preparation of change order review and the review of payments Basic skills for utilization of scheduling applications Computer proficiency in MS Office
