Responsibilities:

  • Prospect
    • Understand our Blue Chip Prospect (vertical & geographic territories
    • Identify Blue Chip Prospect List
    • Identify Key Decision Maker at each Blue Chip Prospect
  • Connect
    • Articulate Verdes Value Messaging both verbal & written
      • Brand Promises
      • Unique Differentiators
  • Pre-Qualify
    • Assess if the prospects high level pains, gains and/or goals align with Verdes products & * * * * * * * * services (and minimum expectations)
    • Integrate / include Sr. Analyst for qualification.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Proven experience in reaching customers in an outbound fashion, whether sales, grassroots organizing, or other experience.
  • History with Hubspot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus

Please note - This position is an entry level position and requires a lot of cold calling through the phone and email but can be performed remote. We expect this position to last for 3-6 months, at which time the candidate would be promoted to the full Energy Efficiency Analyst position, which includes field assessments. Salary for the analyst position is currently $52,000 plus commissions based on gross margin performance of the projects.

As the Residential Program Manager, you will work directly with Ameren Illinois and the Leidos Portfolio Implementation Director to plan, execute, and implement the residential energy efficiency portfolio. The Residential Program Manager provides day-to-day operational leadership and oversight, as well as strategic guidance to program and subcontracting staff. The Residential Program Manager is also responsible for ensuring that subcontracts with various implementation partners are delivered as contracted, within schedule and within budget. Additionally, the Residential Program Manager is responsible for oversite of residential portfolio status reports, program reviews, and other communications to Ameren Illinois related to portfolio performance. The Residential Program Manager reports directly to and works closely with the Leidos Portfolio Implementation Director.
