Salary range: 70k+ (Based on Experience) We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technologist/Engineer to join a client of ours in Calgary, Alberta . The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing AtoCAD and other similar software to design and document electrical systems for various projects. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and a proficiency in design software to ensure the accurate and efficient creation of electrical drawings and models.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with electrical engineers to translate design concepts into detailed electrical plans and schematics. 
• Ensure that electrical designs comply with industry standards, codes, and project specifications
• Ability to problem solve and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure quality standards 
• Maintain and update project documentation throughout the design and construction phases
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy 
• Implement best practices 

• Diploma/Bachelor's education in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of similar experience 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation 
• Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
