Our Client is seeking a Jr Developer/Technical Support possessing a Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science preferred.
This is a challenging high visibility opportunity that requires at least 3 years Support Analyst experience fixing production issues.
Primarily responsible for support tickets (of assigned customer accounts) from initiation to logical closure
Gain application functional and domain knowledge of Agadia Applications PAHub, ePA, PromptPA, RxContinuum etc.,
Understand support process and provide support to Agadia end users for reported issues in Production/UAT environments.
Ensure adequate information is provided by users on issues to troubleshoot
Follow up with users for required information and schedule screen sharing sessions, if required
Perform initial and detailed triage on reported issues, by manually recreating the issue in application, or debugging it from code, or investigating using database, or investigating using Dynatrace tool or any other technical approach
Fix the reported defects in lower environment and promote them to production environment upon signoff
Monitor scheduled jobs on a daily basis, investigate the root of failures and fix, if any
Record all initial and detailed findings, and status changes in Agadia Incident Management System (AIMS) application, so that users have up-to-date information on tickets
Communicate and coordinate with customers and internal teams for logical closure of issues reported, that includes fixing the issue and scheduling the fix for next available release
The technology used are .Net 4.0 or above, Asp.Net, SQL Server 2014, SSRS, Dynatrace and SQL Sentry.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2 - 5 years of experience in .NET and SQL Server with an ability to troubleshoot and fix existing code or develop new program modules required.
Experience using Dynatrace or SQL Sentry preferred.
Background in healthcare (especially managed care) preferred
Crystal reports experience preferred
