Bandsintown is seeking a highly motivated and creative candidate to join our Support Team and work directly with our incredible user-base of concert-going fans and performing artists. This position requires a candidate who lives for live music, loves helping people, has a positive outlook, is a great communicator, and is proficient with various digital customer service and social media platforms.

This position would work under the Head of Support and respond to Support requests from multiple sources (Support Form, social media, internal requests), address app reviews, and help maintain our Help Center. This position does not leave any stone unturned in terms of fan and artist issues, requests, suggestions, comments, and feedback. This role requires addressing, documenting, and reporting to our various teams for changes to be implemented. This position will also troubleshoot level 1 issues and escalate level 2 issues to key stakeholders and follow up regularly. They will also be representing and advocating for users to other internal services of the company through recommendations and reporting activity to identify trends and alert stakeholders as needed.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of the English language
• Skills in speaking to users on behalf of brand
• Advanced Social Media understanding
• A focus on teamwork, entrepreneurship, and impact
• Passionate about helping users and improving their Bandsintown experience
• Positive, optimistic, can-do attitude in handling user interactions
• Adaptability
• Meticulous about details
• Curiosity for Bandsintown Products and a desire to understand and improve them
• Love for concerts and artists
• 1-2 years working in digital customer service

Bonus but not required
Experience working in the music industry
• Knowledge of social media use for customer service
• Knowledge of ticketing and/or live music experience
• Previous experience with a customer help system
• Proficiency in a second language
