Junior Construction Project Manager

Position Details: Title: Junior Construction Project Manager I Duration: 11 months (Potential to convert FTE for the right candidate) Location: New Albany, OH/ Hilliard, OH/ Dublin, OH- 100% Onsite Compensation: $33-$34.71/hour Work schedule: 8-5 PM Interview process: 1-2 Rounds Day to day: Weekly meetings with vendors, tracking projects step by step. What is happening in the field and what is completed and help with escalations… Main focus: supporting the engineers that are in the field, going through build trackers, what the project status is, where are the finances, approving POs, talking to vendors that these PO came in and getting them approved, coordinating across 5 buildings Required Skills: Pro-core software experience – that is a software used for construction management Building management systems Controls HVAC experience – heating, ventilation air conditioning experience BMS and EPMS application specific controllers experience (EPMS – electrical power monitoring systems) Critical facilities experience is more important. For example: Data centers are critical fast past environments and tasks must met on time 1-2 years PM with BMS, EPMS or HVAC background 1 year of critical facilities experience fine to submit 2 years typical PM experience in non-critical environment PM experience with Controls experience with engineering background works as well
