Job Summary:

The Blackhawk Network Compliance Department seeks a full-time Associate Compliance Analyst. This is an entry-level role which requires 1-2 years of experience. The position can be based in Pittsburg, PA or Fenton, MO. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, resourceful and detail-oriented, and will be primarily responsible for supporting audits and due diligence requests from our regulators, banks, and clients.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to team for organizing and responding to due diligence requests and audits.

  • Ensure that all responses are complete, accurate, and within deadlines.

  • Produce responses and, as needed, work with other business unit/ functional subject matter experts (SMEs) on responses.

  • Maintain master calendar of audit, due diligence, and remediation due dates.

  • Gain an understanding of key company policies and how they govern various operational processes.

  • Design, implement, and maintain a library with policies, procedures, and most requested data points for audits, RFPs, and assessments.

  • Lead or participate in other projects as assigned from time to time.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Detail oriented; strong organizational and project management solving skills.

  • Skilled in managing priorities and working under pressure.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients.

  • Ability to take initiative and to work with minimum supervision.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Relevant experience in financial services, regulatory compliance programs, audit preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager or related experience in project planning and coordination.
