Junior Cloud Architect -

Designs, implements, and governs cloud solutions to support our telecommunication services. Oversees the AI framework, maintains and administers the automation testing solution, and manages deployment activities within the software development lifecycle. Works with cutting-edge technologies, drives process improvements, and contributes to the success of our digital initiatives.

Job duties:

¨ Designs, implements, and governs Architect Cloud Solutions

¨ Collaborates with senior architects and stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical objectives.

¨ Assists in the design and implementation of cloud-based architectures, including infrastructure as code (IaC), microservices, and containerization.

¨ Configures and deploys cloud services and resources across multiple platforms, such as Salesforce, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

¨ Develops and maintains documentation for cloud architecture designs, configurations, and best practices.

¨ Participates in architecture reviews, assessments, and technology evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

¨ Monitors and optimizes the performance, security, and scalability of cloud environments to ensure optimal operation.

¨ Provides technical support and guidance to development teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders as needed.

¨ Stays informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in cloud architecture and related fields.

¨ Oversees AI framework

¨ Collaborates with senior architects and stakeholders to define the strategy and roadmap for AI framework governance within the cloud infrastructure.

¨ Designs and implements governance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI technologies.

¨ Evaluates and selects AI frameworks, tools, and technologies that align with business objectives and technical requirements.

¨ Establishes guidelines and best practices for the development, deployment, and monitoring of AI models and applications.

¨ Defines and enforces data governance policies to ensure the quality, integrity, and privacy of data used in AI initiatives.

¨ Conducts regular assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of AI governance processes and identifies areas for improvement.

¨ Provides guidance and support to development teams on AI governance principles, practices, and standards.

¨ Stays informed about emerging trends, advancements, and regulatory changes in AI and machine learning to inform governance decisions.

¨ Manages DevOps implementation

¨ Collaborates with development and operations teams to establish DevOps practices, tools, and processes tailored to Salesforce Communications Cloud projects.

¨ Implements continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for Salesforce configurations and code changes.

¨ Configures and maintains version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset) to facilitate seamless development and deployment workflows.

¨ Makes improvements, solves problems, or takes corrective action when problems arise.

¨ Produces reports for management (e.g., performance metrics).

¨ Completes assigned tasks within time frames provided and reports any delay that could impact project timelines.

¨ Manages Quality Assurance (QA) strategy.

¨ Develops and maintains QA frameworks, test plans, and test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of Salesforce solutions.

¨ Conducts risk assessments and prioritizes test activities based on business requirements, project timelines, and potential impact on system functionality.

¨ Conducts manual and automated testing of Salesforce Comms Cloud features, ensuring they meet business requirements and user expectations.

¨ Documents and reports bugs and defects found during testing in Jira, providing clear steps for replication.

¨ Collaborates with development teams to investigate, reproduce, and address defects, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance of defect fixes.

¨ Other duties as requested by Manager and on Job Description.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or comparable experience and/or training in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field desired.

Along with 2+ Years Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other major cloud providers

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) preferred

Proficiency in Salesforce Communications Cloud and related technologies (e.g., Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)

Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies (e.g., CI/CD, version control, automation)

Strong understanding of QA principles, testing techniques, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
