As the connector between the franchise owner, franchise staff, and clients, you're the leader of the mission, bringing everyone together to work cohesively toward that goal. Daily work in this role includes:

  • Leading the way to an amazing experience for members and guests by managing the daily operations of the location, maintaining a clean, safe, therapeutic environment for everyone and guiding the sales and customer service team to positively resolve customer challenges.

  • Helping the location move more people forward in their wellness journeys by driving membership, promoting retail sales, partnering with the franchisee to set performance goals and working with the team to achieve them.

  • Building a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly to empower team members to improve and grow.

  • Running a tight ship where every operational detail is addressed, from managing inventory and deposits to ensuring compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to location employees (including any local and state licensing laws for massage therapists and estheticians).

JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY: Provides Trust administration services and support for client relationships within assigned RM team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duties: * Serves as the administrative contact for clients and third party providers in the servicing of client accounts and relationships. * Performs and/or monitors daily transactions required in the administration of various client relationships and accounts. * Performs account maintenance on the Trust Accounting system including account opening and closing procedures. * Independently anticipates and responds to client inquiries and service requests. * Organizes and maintains files and prepares correspondence and reports as needed. Additional Duties: * Reviews/studies plan documents to gain a full understanding of plan provisions. * Assists with annual account reviews and prepares monthly Trust Administrative Committee packages. * Keeps current with all laws and regulations applicable to primary Trust function (i.e. IRS, DOL). * Consults with Relationship Managers regarding more complex issues. * Serves as a liaison between Trust Administration and other bank departments * May serve as backup to Trust receptionist periodically for vacation, illness, and lunch breaks. * Attends Trust school and continuing education/training classes * All other duties/special projects as assigned. * Incumbent is required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local banking and industry related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Requires at least a high school education with a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting strongly preferred. * Requires at least 4 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a financial services environment. * Prefer 2 years in one or more of the following: Trust Administration, Trust compliance, Employee Benefits, Stock Transfer, Brokerage Operations, and/or Financial Analysis. * An equivalent combination of education and related experience or training may be considered. MINIMUM REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Basic knowledge of Trust administration and operations. * Basic understanding of the banking industry. * Basic understanding of the specific trust discipline (Retirement Plans, Institutional, Corporate trusts, etc.) ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines * Ability to operate a keyboard if required to perform the essential job functions * Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions * Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions * Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 25 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
