Webinterpret is a leading e-commerce specialist solution that helps facilitate cross-border trade. Its operations center is in Warsaw, Poland, and headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France.

To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:

Junior Business Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Inflancka 4A)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will add value to the business through a timely analysis of financial performance to understand the business drivers affecting results

  • Support other departments in improving, automating and standardizing reports and processes

  • Work with data warehouse team to ensure the quality of the data used is accurate, complete, stable

  • You will support data scientists in building predictive models by extracting and preprocessing data for statistical analysis

  • You will join team experienced in analyzing big data sets, eCommerce metrics and optimizing customer analytics (seasonality analysis, analyzing customer lifetime value, building churn prediction models, etc.)

  • You will use modern tools stack (R, AWS Redshift, Tableau)

MUST HAVE

  • Intermediate knowledge of R language (tidyverse, RMarkdown, shiny)

  • Experience in formulating insight based on big data

  • Excellent communication skills (ability to present complex ideas in a clear way)

  • Self-confidence, curiosity and growth mindset

  • Sense of humour, being a likable person as you will cooperate with different teams on daily basis

NICE TO HAVE

  • Previous experience in eCommerce or SaaS startups

  • Tableau or Power BI tool working experience

  • Working experience in building, executing and tuning SQL queries (any distribution)

  • Familiarity with agile project management methods and tools (Jira, Confluence)

  • Experience with REST APIs and non-relational databases (Mongo, Elastic Search)
