The Team

We are about to begin work with a new client in the media and entertainment space. We will be building a future facing content and production studio, combining hybrid creative talent with innovative production technologies to create industry leading content across digital and traditional channels.

The team will contain over 50 creative and production pros - everything from copy and design, through to video editors and photographers. Most of the team will be based on the East Coast (NYC and Atlanta) with a handful of production roles in our hubs across South America.

Working directly with the client's marketing, events, programing, and content teams, the team will be responsible for end-to-end content development and production, delivering work for the brand's paid media plans, owned channels (inclusive of social handles and apps), internal employee channels, partner marketing materials, and events.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Art Director to work as part of an embed agency who can create compelling communications across social media, film, print, digital outdoor and CRM. Whether it's a brand film, a digital outdoor campaign or bringing to life a sale offer in print and social, you'll be able to engage a discerning target audience.

Responsibilities:

You'll be able to take a brief and generate ideas, with the view of achieving different marketing objectives. You'll be able to mock up your ideas and take feedback while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to demonstrate comfort and creativity with a range of brands, channels and a breadth of visual styles

• Be self-sufficient; and be able to interpret direction from the creative leadership

• Have a sharp eye for detail and be able to finish work to a very high standard themselves

• An interesting in relevant developments in tools and techniques, particularly motion and AI

• A collaborative team player

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 2+ years relevant experience

• A collaborative team player

• Experience designing for integrated campaigns, including social, digital and web, print

• Excellent usage and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite

• A good understanding of the differences in requirements for different channel

• Strong portfolio

The pay range for this role is $68,000-$75,000 . Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
