Job Title: Full Cycle Accountant

Job Description

The Accountant will manage the company's financial accounts, payrolls, budgets, cash receipts, and financial assets. Key responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, preparing and performing the company's financial audits, monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data, and creating financial reports based on data analysis. The role also involves reporting to upper management and handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting.

Hard Skills

• Familiarity with DoD, government contracting, policies, standards, and procedures

• Continuous engagement to understand current and future tool capabilities relative to business needs

• Foundational understanding of Program Management processes and costing

• Familiarity with Earned Value Management

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint is HIGHLY preferred, other Deltek versions will be considered

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

Initially, the position will be completely onsite during the training period, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model once fully trained.
