Join OrderMyGears JumpStart team and help shape the future of how groups and teams purchase their gear one customer at a time! Our JumpStart Account Managers train all new users of our online solution and are one of the first experiences customers have with our company. Were looking to hire individuals who are smart, detail-oriented, solution focused, great communicators, and who are team players.
- In this role you will:
- Develop a strong understanding of our solution and industry to help our customers succeed
- Listen to customers needs and pain points to help guide them through using our software solution to best fit those needs.
- Deliver value to OrderMyGear customers by creating tailored, helpful and relevant online trainings
- Build strong internal and external relationships and effectively communicate between them all
- Provide constructive feedback and proactively communicate status updates to customers on a regular basis
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Impressive verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn in an ever-changing environment and company
