Awesome opportunity for skilled Jr. Salesforce Administrator to work with an incredible Orange County based Salesforce End User. This position is open to contract to hire as well!

A dynamic and driven Jr. Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on SFDC Admin experience is needed to join and contribute to a passionate, collaborative team environment with some of the brightest minds on the cutting edge of Salesforce technology.

The ideal candidate will be locally based as an onsite presence is required throughout. The ideal candidate will be able to function effectively within a team and successfully customize, configure, enhance, and do hands on development work with the guidance of Sr developer team members. Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities and be unintimidated by a challenge and have the desire to grow their skills and abilities.

Duties and Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years experience as Salesforce Administrator

Minimum 1-2 years experience with Salesforce Administrator tasks such as: Salesforce platform configurations, customizations, enhancements, integrations

Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and techincal/functional capabilities

Assist in design and development of custom Salesforce platform and custom Salesforce applications

Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills

Ability to understand and communicate technical processes to non-technical users

Ability to function with and adapt to new technologies

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team oriented environment

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail

Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills

Proactively gather feedback from users. Manage system changes without interruption to the user. Communicate system changes to users in advance and ensure proper understanding before deployment of such changes Gather requirements from end users as new deliverables may require. Continuously modify the system to increase benefits and usability. Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features. Create custom objects when necessary. Handle on-going customization/ alteration of Salesforce.com. Maintain, enhance and create workflows, processes, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment. Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed. Provide support functions as needed. Maintain system security and integrity - Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies. Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed. User Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups. Provide training to end users on an on-going basis. Expand use of Salesforce.com attend planning meetings, assist with determining if /how salesforce.com can be used in new ways as opposed to purchasing a new internal system. Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system. Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance. Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience. Be the company SME on Salesforce.com. Process Creation, Documentation and Maintenance - Document company processes and workflows. Develop process documentation and field maps. Design reporting to compliment and/or measure processes. Data Quality, Migration and Maintenance Assist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce.com. Import data as appropriate. Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC. Manage duplicate records. Monitor and improve data quality on an ongoing basis. Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; Removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow. Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance Create and maintain dashboards. Create and maintain reports & maintain corresponding folders. Build and manage report folders for reps to improve sales efficiency. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: A system administrator needs a solid understanding of the organizations business. They must have solid salesforce.com skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Most importantly they should be proactive, organized and logical.
