Refinitiv is seeking a proven highly motivated salesperson for FXall and Matching in the US market specifically selling into the Institutional buy-side market. Candidates will have a proven track record for closing new sales, establishing deep relationships with FX clients across asset managers, hedge funds, corporates and banks in the US. The position requires a self starter with strong prospecting and closing skills, problem solving capabilities, an innovative thinker and the ability to deal with high stress situations in a dynamic environment.
To identify, prospect and target new clients to sell our FX e-trading solutions
Achieve target objective results for new client adoption and trading volume for assigned geographic territories by understanding client FX trading requirements and providing solutions
Develop deep relationships with FX clients and ensure all potential revenue opportunities have been identified
Effectively manage the sales process from initial sale, contract signature, document processing/set up to installation, live trading and revenue generation
Establish and maintain credibility, respect and high levels of customer service that consistently exceed the expectations of our customers
Work well within a team environment to drive growth across a range of client types
Bachelor's (BA/BS or University degree) degree or equivalent preferable and 10 years work experience in Foreign Exchange or other financial markets
Deep knowledge of e-trading platforms, FX or other financial markets software product via either a vendor or bank
Strong sales closer with a proven track record selling FX trading tools to Hedge Funds and Asset Managers in a quota bearing sales environment
Proven contact list of people within the Institutional HF and AM segments with referrals from each sector
World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling) as a "hunter"
The candidate must be highly professional, self-motivated and organized
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and execute a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technologies with a high level of proficiency
Willingness to travel frequently
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational capability
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams
Aptitude and collaboration with a desire to grow professionally
