This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. The Junior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator position provides timely and accurate support to Talent Acquisition and Onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate and new hire experience.

In this role you are going to be part of an international team and will be the front door to HR queries of our workforce in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides timely and accurate support of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding activities

  • Manage Talent Acquisition and Onboarding transaction inputs processed within the HR Systems

  • Provide dedicated support with screening and interview scheduling for specific HR customer groups

  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, work contracts, etc and ensure that these documents meet local requirements and government legislation

  • Facilitate the overall offer extension process to candidates

  • Perform pre-hire due diligence activities

  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers

  • Identify and provide feedback on service continuous improvement initiatives and service enhancements based on KPIs, customer feedback and best practice sharing to foster standardization, automation and simplification

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields or equivalent work experience.

  • 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition administration experience or related fields

  • Good understanding of HR Administration and Talent Acquisition processes

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and customer-oriented mind-set

  • Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environement

  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution

  • Ability to secure and maintain confidential information

  • Continuous improvement mind-set

  • Comfortable with heavy use of technology

Fluency in English required and French preferred
