Be responsible for reviewing all documents and advertising materials to guarantee accuracy of all content produced.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure all imagery used in advertising materials is product correct.

Be an expert on all Microsoft technology, from behind the scenes engineering to function and operation.

Maintain expertise on Microsoft products, the Microsoft brand and the culture of Microsoft owners.

Work with creative teams and answer any questions regarding Microsoft products, including historical perspectives.

Create and update all specifications found in print and online advertising.

Have deep technical understanding of how PCs, from laptops to desktops and everything in between, work

Be aware of any and all changes to the clients product lineup and communicate to internal teams how these changes affect advertising efforts.

Be point of contact for all terminology used in Microsoft advertising and maintain internal document tracking terminology.

Be point of contact for hardware and software used in TV, collateral and partnership shoots. Including identifying which devices to shoot, overseeing the prep of devices leading up to shoot and attending shoot in support.

Be responsible for keeping freelance product team members informed and ensure work being created by freelance teams is correct and accurate.

Be available at all times for calls or emails from content and creative teams to help provide direction, improve the work and eliminate any potential errors.

Be able to travel on short notice to events, client offices and photo/video shoots.

Have good familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, understanding PC numbers, pricing and dependencies.


Possess a deep understanding the technology industry as a whole, including culture, emerging technologies, current trends and OEM strengths and weaknesses.

Understand the technology retail environment

Exceptional organizational skills and strong and concise communication skills. This position helps create and manage distribution of product information, specifications and technical data.

Strong interpersonal and client management skills.

Ability to effectively use Office 365 including the full Office suite of programs.

Strong problem-solving ability.

Must be in Los Angeles

We are rapidly expanding and looking for talented people with a growth mindset, a passion for solving complex issues, and an obsession for customer happiness.<br /> <br /> <strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong><br /> <br /> Your focus is to help customer executing their data migration strategy to adopt the Microsoft Cloud. The MVM, as we call is a resource well versed with the Migration Process knowledge & Tools set used by the Fast Track Migration team.<br /> <br /> The MVM will assist other resources at Microsoft to understand the overall migration process and is the point of contact with the customer until the completion of the migration phase. This role has the accountability of successful delivery of mailbox, fileshare and other types of migrations.<br /> <br /> <strong>Other Responsibilities Include:</strong><br /> <br /> • Provide/Upload the latest version of the Migration Tools (pre-flights), Process documentation, migration Questionnaire’s to the FastTrack Center team.<br /> • Coordinate with the customer for any discrepancies observed in it the migration prerequisites information shared by the customer.<br /> • Coordinate between the Customer, FastTrack Center & the Migration Factory to ensure the smooth execution of migrations.<br /> • Manage the escalations from the customer end to end to resolve them. The MVM will involve the respective teams required for resolving migrations issues.<br /> • Coordinate with the Customer for the Post Migration issues during the Migration phase based on the scope of the Migration Type.<br /> • Responsible to close the Migrations with the customer and provide appropriate status updates to the relevant stakeholders upon closure.<br /> • Updating the customer forecast & high level schedule in the internal tools to provide visibility of the customers coming in for migrations, migration type and volumes for the Migration factory to plan for resourcing.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>Requirements:</strong><br /> <br /> • 4 years+ of technical proficiency in Exchange and Exchange Online, Active Directory, and related technologies.<br /> • Prior Customer and Partner Focus experience<br /> • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
