General Summary:

Lifeboat Distribution is currently seeking qualified candidates in order to fill a sales position that will be responsible for managing the day to day sales activities primarily related to our Latin American, Caribbean and Asia-Pacific accounts. This role is responsible for managing ongoing sales relationships with assigned territory reseller partners as well as onboarding new reseller partners. You will be balancing business planning & development while orchestrating sales quotes for your partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales quota in set territory by growing existing active partners and developing new business with partners not currently interacting with Lifeboat

  • Effective and accurate product search and quoting

  • Cultivating strong relationships and acting as a primary point of contact for assigned territory partners to ensure partner satisfaction

  • Driving focused investment for growth by identifying partners with greatest upside based on solution sales that match our product portfolio

  • Consistently articulating Lifeboat's value proposition to assigned territory partners in order to maintain and increase Lifeboat's share of each partner's business

  • Acting as Liaison between vendor partners and channel resellers to grow business within the assigned territory and gain market share

  • Acting as liaison between sales and operation team to ensure rapid transaction times and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Fluency in Portuguese or APAC languages and English (Spanish as a third language a plus)

  • Passion for Sales and Technology

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications

  • Familiarity with CRM

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused mentality

  • Successful at cultivating strong relationships

  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
