We are currently looking to hire a motivated HR Analyst to join our team here in Atlanta!

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Compensation Manager, the HR Analyst is responsible for analyzing and administering the Company's hourly compensation programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS

  • Administer and Monitor all hourly compensation programs such as hourly wage changes, minimum wage changes, and hourly bonus programs.

  • Partners with Marketing & Sales team during RFP process to determine appropriate hourly wages for new business.

  • Researches pay for various hourly positions and conducts surveys to determine if the Company's pay is competitive with that of other organizations in the same field by location.

  • Ensures hourly compensation policies are in compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.

  • Oversees Company and state and locally mandated hourly PTO and Paid Sick Leave programs to ensure appropriate accruals, usage and carryover balances are being managed appropriately.

  • Enters all hourly termination PCFs and ensures data integrity for hourly employee records.

  • Maintains strictest confidentiality in all work aspects and ensures continuing data integrity.

  • Prepares, modifies and maintains hourly job descriptions.

  • Builds pay schedules and pay grades for hourly positions in Lawson HRIS.

  • Builds and maintains hourly pay sheets for all locations/contracts.

  • Serves as a main point of contact for managers and administrative personnel for hourly compensation and pay structure information.

  • Answers hourly compensation questions.

  • Administers relocation process for DGS leadership and corporate positions.

  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Knowledge of Compensation policy, AAP/OFCC P, Federal and State regulations and DGS policies and procedures. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and HRIS system.

Must have good Excel skills. Experience with Access databases very desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent mathematical skills with ability to analyze and compute complex mathematical equations and statistics.

Must be able to read and interpret data and provide recommendations for appropriate action.
