About the Role:
Affiliated Monitoring is seeking a talented and driven Junior HR Generalist to join our top-notch HR team. The role will provide full-cycle HR support across the talent, leadership, culture, and organizational space. The successful candidate is a self-starter who understands how to integrate the HR areas into business execution while coaching and influencing leaders. As the lead HR partner for this site this is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to influence, coach, and guide the organization through change toward growth.
About The Team:
The Human Resources department is a collaborative team focused on supporting employees and managers at a fast growing company. We look to ensure our actions and solutions continually evolve to meet the needs of employees and the business. The team drives toward a people development culture.
What you'll do:
Employee Relations Champion
Lead new hire orientation and onboarding, support site engagement plans, and coaching of managers and employees
Develop and deploy HR solutions to support business growth (i.e., performance management and leadership capability)
Serve as a culture leader to ensure our Affiliated core values come to life while ensuring a highly engaged workforce
Support onsite recruiter and leadership team with interviewing
Requirements
Success in this role looks like:
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the confidential nature of Human Resources
Coaching and consulting managers on talent, leadership, and culture topics to develop our workforce
Enabling growth through processes and solutions to support the team
Maintaining a professional demeanor while engaging with our employees and business
Utilizing strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrating strong communication skills
What you'll bring:
HR Generalist/HR Manager experience supporting employees and coaching leaders/teams
Experience in talent management, employee relations, coaching, employee engagement, and organizational development to support business goals
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead change management processes and coach leaders and employees across different levels
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
