Creative, innovative, and good with timelines. This person needs to be a self starter and able to find inspiration, and cultivate a creative environment. This person also has to have a high attention to detail and aware of the message being created that represents Young Saints and Bethel Church to the world.

Youth Nights & Local:

• Wednesday Night Graphics/Slide
• Sermon Slides
• Environmentals
• A-Frame Signage 
• Capture Youth night Moments

Day of Event Creative Coordinating:

• Media Check
• Lyrics and screens
• Camp Recap & B-Roll Footage

Product Coordinator:

• Event Merch Production 
• Camp Merch Designs
• Assist in Book Curriculum
• Assist in Courses Design
• Assist in Comms with Commerce 

Day of Event Creative Coordinating:

• Media Check
• Lyrics and screens
• Camp storyline & recording 
• Coordinate with Photographer onsite + Hire
• Merch Room Set Up

Website Updates:

• All Design Needs
• Squads & House Group photos update

Instagram Content Curator:

• Curate Content
• Captions
• Cover designs

YouTube Content Curator:

• Thumbnail Designs
• Creating Marketing Assets for Uploads/Posts

Podcast Production:

• Design look/feel
• set up/recording

Event Design & Marketing Coordinator 

• Camp Marketing Emails: Copy & Design
• Conference Marketing Emails: Copy & Design
• Marketing Content/Assets

• Design Content
• Email list

Salary: $23,374 to $24,960 per year

Number of Hours: 30 hrs per week

Requirements

• Believes and adheres to the beliefs of and vision of Bethel Church
• Intermediate graphic design skills
• Experience with Adobe programs
• Knowledge of graphics file formats

• Understands and is knowledgeable on the graphic standards for print and digital
• Has a keen eye for the latest trends in graphic design
• A keen eye for detail
• Must be able to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines
• Consistency in work regardless of project size
• Must be able to take in feedback from leadership
