Jr. Foia Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing FOIA requests and Privacy Act requests
• Conduct research and analysis on documents and records to identify relevant information
• Assist in preparing written responses and correspondence related to FOIA requests
• Ensure compliance with FOIA regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of FOIA requests and responses
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve department goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a FOIA
• Knowledge of FOIA regulations and procedures
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• U.S. citizenship required
